Microblading blades are formed from pins that are thicker and more rigid. This can create thicker hair strokes and may look less natural.
Nanoblading is much gentler as the needles that make up the blade are very fine (0.15mm) and flexible therefore causing less trauma to the skin. Due to the nano fine needles it creates more precise and natural results than microblading.
I only ever use Nanoblades.
